I am here for you Tracey! I started calling my body “the medical mystery” ;) . I kind of hate when people offer suggestions to me…but do your doctors think there is any systematic correlation between all this? I KNOW that is what is going on with me, but doctors frustrate me SO much!

I am anti-PT…lol…all it has ever done is hurt me more!
I am going to try acupuncture soon, have you ever tried it?
Anyway, sorry for talking about myself. Just know I am here for support if you need it and stay strong!

Oh no! I feel so bad for you. I did calf raises for a while to help strengthen my legs to ward off shin splints but found that just adding arch support to my shoes worked much better. Hope you feel better soon and that your body stops thwarting you!
