		<description>I&#039;ve seen those stretching-is-a-waste-of-time studies, too. But I agree with you: The difference I feel is too big to stop. Besides, I think the benefit of not stretching is that runners can run faster. My goal is to just rehab my knee and prevent future injuries. No need to qualify for the Boston Marathon.</description>
